I want to get another tattoo ( I have a small semicolon by scars on my stomach but I want to get two tiny hearts over my picc line scars on my arm. Those scars saved my life. I was feed through my pic line for 14 hours out of the day for about 6 months. When I was at my sickest those scars made me sicker ( when I got an infection and became septic)  that’s why I have 2 scars. But even though it almost cost me my life it made me stronger and while the scars fade over time the imprint it has left on my life is huge. 

I’m not a huge fan of tattoos, while I think they are beautiful works of art and express all kinds of emotions and feelings. My port scars are in the inner part of my arm so I don’t think it would be seen but I struggle with this and I want to do it on the day I got my 1st one placed in march. I have some time to think long and hard about it.
