25 goals to hit before 26

I am VERY goal orientated if y’all haven’t already noticed! I like to hold myself accountable and not let years go to waste. Instead of keeping this list to myslef like I normally do, I decided to share it so in one year’s time we can see how far I have come!

  1. get/ keep Crohn’s in remission
  2. get in to see the endometriosis specialist I have been trying to see (out of my control but still a goal)
  3. get all A’s my 1st year of grad school
  4. not have to drop any of classes due to medical reasons
  5. get to my goal weight loss
  6. be Zumba certified
  7. have a steady set of followers/ readers on my blog
  8. run a 5k
  9. do a hand / arm stand (a wall behind is fine)
  10. hold crow pose
  11. do TWO pull ups (my upper body strength is that bad)
  12. hold a 90sec plank (almost there)
  13. meet by beautiful niece Isabella in Colorado (eat a Voodoo Doughnut)
  14. take plane trip with the hubby
  15. learn to shoot (more like better aim)
  16. see a wild bear
  17. wean off my anxiety meds and control it with breathing or just don’t let thing get to me that shouldn’t
  18. fit into a dress I bought for a wedding in October
  19. view myself as more of adult and dress like it lol (Disney shirts and sarcastic workout shirts are all I live in and sweatpants)
  20. keep up my journaling /my planner
  21. keep up with ideas for posts and video—post on all social media (KEEP IT UP)
  22. get off the birth control I’m on for the Endometriosis (it’s causing more harm than good)
  23. figure out what I want do with my masters
  24. know when I need rest (and actually listen)
  25. learn to be more in tune with myself
