I am VERY goal orientated if y’all haven’t already noticed! I like to hold myself accountable and not let years go to waste. Instead of keeping this list to myslef like I normally do, I decided to share it so in one year’s time we can see how far I have come!
- get/ keep Crohn’s in remission
- get in to see the endometriosis specialist I have been trying to see (out of my control but still a goal)
- get all A’s my 1st year of grad school
- not have to drop any of classes due to medical reasons
- get to my goal weight loss
- be Zumba certified
- have a steady set of followers/ readers on my blog
- run a 5k
- do a hand / arm stand (a wall behind is fine)
- hold crow pose
- do TWO pull ups (my upper body strength is that bad)
- hold a 90sec plank (almost there)
- meet by beautiful niece Isabella in Colorado (eat a Voodoo Doughnut)
- take plane trip with the hubby
- learn to shoot (more like better aim)
- see a wild bear
- wean off my anxiety meds and control it with breathing or just don’t let thing get to me that shouldn’t
- fit into a dress I bought for a wedding in October
- view myself as more of adult and dress like it lol (Disney shirts and sarcastic workout shirts are all I live in and sweatpants)
- keep up my journaling /my planner
- keep up with ideas for posts and video—post on all social media (KEEP IT UP)
- get off the birth control I’m on for the Endometriosis (it’s causing more harm than good)
- figure out what I want do with my masters
- know when I need rest (and actually listen)
- learn to be more in tune with myself
